My first order came in very quickly. I was totally pleased with everything. There was one missing item and one broken item. After notifying them, they quickly sent out replacements. Great customer service. This particular dragon pot is beautiful and larger than I expected. The little pot with the dragon/feet is very cute! I didn't get the 24" lucky bamboo as they were not up to their standards and did not shop them (also great customer service). I look forward to getting them in the future.
